"All my items arrived, and I enjoy shopping with you guys"
I got everything I ordered, and I really enjoy shopping with you all. However, my Swarovski color chart showed up all crumpled. That’s not on you, though. You had 'Do Not Bend' written on both sides of the package, but the mail carrier folded it anyway. I can easily replace the white bottom sheet, but the plastic sheet is also bent, and I’m not sure how to fix that. Overall, I’m quite happy with your service. As for the postal worker who ignored your instructions, not so much.
